Lawrence Franklin - Managing Director

I work to continuously improve the company to be a flexible and responsive organisation, able to efficiently meet the market’s functional and commercial needs and applicable technical standards.  I have a background in IT and Automation Service and Project Management for blue-chip Energy and Utility clients.  I am determined that Cetix will understand – and anticipate – customer requirements, and will communicate effectively; so that Cetix can continue to provide high quality services and well engineered systems, reducing costs and risks for our clients.

Ken Brown - Operations Manager

I work with our Projects and Sales teams so that we deliver safe, high quality services at fair prices.  I have a strong interest in Functional Safety and I make sure that Cetix has the right product knowledge, partners, skills and training to develop and deliver appropriate solutions in good time.

Andrea Fletcher - Support Coordinator

I joined the company in February 2013 as the Support Coordinator. Most of my career has been spent working in the Charitable and Voluntary sector. My experience is in HR and Managing/overseeing contracts, of which I have a great deal of enthusiasm. I am best recognised within the company for my organisational skills, or ‘nagging’ as some may say!

Paul Tkaczuk - Financial Controller

Joined Cetix as Commercial Manager in 2008 and has been Financial Controller since 2012. Had previously worked in a wide variety of commercial and financial roles across a number of different businesses in his native Yorkshire, including food production and the steel industry. Graduate in Business Studies from Oxford Brookes.

Lee Feris - Quality Manager

I am a business orientated and forward looking HSEQ Manager with a proven track record in the development and introduction of management systems and certifications required within the oil, gas, energy and nuclear business sectors. I also have experience with overseas project and supply chain management and come from an engineering background.

Andrew Grant - Internal Sales & Applications Manager

I joined the company in 2005 as Applications Engineer and ensure we continually deliver innovative quotations of the highest quality to respond to our customer’s requirements. Additionally I maintain the company website, sales literature and industry databases in order to provide up to date marketing information. I have worked in the C&I industry for over 35 years and have experience in both internal / external sales and project management. I have an HND in Electrical & Electronic Engineering and have IEng professional status.
