Cetix Purchases Defibrillator for Life Support in Emergency Situations

As part of the Cetix continued commitment to improving Health & Safety at Work for all staff and visitors to our offices, we have recently purchased an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) to administer safe, prompt and effective basic life support in emergency situations. Training has also been provided to all office First Aiders in the correct use of the AED.

If a defibrillator is used and effective CPR is performed within 3-5 minutes of cardiac arrest, survival chances increase from 6% to 74%. This is the reason we decided to invest in this life saving equipment.
