Cetix launches a brand new website

It’s more than a fresh coat of paint (although we’re very proud of the updated look and feel). This new site is designed to make it easier to understand what Cetix does, and how we keep critical industries running safely, efficiently, and without interruption.

From the moment you land on the site, you’ll notice a cleaner, more confident visual identity that reflects the way we operate: professional, practical, and focused on real-world results. We’ve leaned into strong imagery from the environments we work in, paired with clear, simple content that gets to the point without losing the human touch.

The aim was straightforward: create a website that feels unmistakably Cetix, to cut out the jargon, and to make the entire website accessible to everyone, regardless of their technical knowledge.

Making it easier to explore our services

One of the biggest improvements is how we present our core services. The site now gives each area the space it deserves, with dedicated pages for:

  • Automate – smarter control for stronger performance and operational reliability

The Our Team area introduces the engineers and professionals you’ll work with, with profiles that help bring the human side of Cetix to life. Alongside that, the About Us section shares more of our story, how we work, and the values that guide what we do, including a clear commitment to engineering-first thinking, accountability, and practical decision-making.

Confidence built in – certifications and standards

For many customers, trust needs to be evidenced, not just claimed. The new Certifications page brings that information together in one place, with clear details and supporting documentation for key standards and schemes, including:

  • ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001
  • Cyber Essentials and Cyber Essentials Plus
  • CASS
  • Achilles UVDB registrations and membership
  • SEQual

It’s all presented clearly, with downloadable certificates where relevant, so due diligence is quicker and simpler.

We’ve also introduced a dedicated Downloads and Resources area, making it easier to access the documents people often need, from policies and statements through to key business information. It’s a small change that makes a big difference, especially for customers, partners, and contractors looking for something specific.

A fresh look – Cetix announces brand refresh

If you already know us, we want to be very clear from the outset. We’re still Cetix. Still the same people. Still the same engineering-first approach, the same depth of experience, and the same commitment to doing the right thing for our customers.

What’s changed is how we present all of that to the world.

This refresh marks an important step forward for the business. It reflects where Cetix is today, where we’re heading next, and our confidence in what we deliver. Think of it as a new chapter in the Cetix story, with plenty more to come.

Why refresh the brand at all?

Over time, businesses evolve. Capabilities grow. Teams expand. The types of projects you take on become broader and more ambitious. And often, the brand that served you well at one stage no longer tells the full story.

Our goal with this refresh was simple: to make sure Cetix looks and sounds like the business we are now. Modern, capable, and ready for what’s next, while keeping the practical, grounded personality that customers value.

This refresh brings together a full set of updated brand elements that work across our services, our content, and the places people meet Cetix for the first time.

An updated logo

You’ll notice an evolved logo, including a distinctive flame icon that captures energy and movement, while still feeling recognisably Cetix.

A new colour palette

We’ve introduced a stronger, more versatile colour palette that can flex across different areas of the business and help signpost our services clearly.

A suite of bespoke illustrations

One of our favourite parts of the refresh is a new set of custom illustrations, created specifically around the services we offer, the challenges we solve, and the industries we support. They add warmth and clarity, and they help us explain complex topics without making them feel intimidating.

Bold, contemporary photography

We’ve also brought in a professional photography to show our team in action, doing what they do best. The images he’s created are real, practical, and reflect the environments we work in and the standards we work to.

Less jargon, more clarity

A key objective of this brand refresh was to dial back the jargon, acronyms, and technical shorthand that can build up over time in engineering-led industries.

Of course, technical language has its place. It’s an essential part of what we do. But it can also create an unnecessary barrier, especially for stakeholders who aren’t engineers themselves, or who simply don’t live and breathe the same terminology every day.

So we’ve taken a deliberate step towards clearer, more inclusive communication. We’re updating our messaging and the way we speak to our audience so it’s easier to understand what we do, why it matters, and how we can help. In short, we’re making Cetix more accessible without dumbing anything down.

The same Cetix, turned up a notch

Brand refreshes can sometimes feel like a reinvention. That’s not what this is.
